I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
