I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. There was no explanation of the cost of the treatment plan or how the system of care worked. I felt like I was being scammed after I found out. They had me watch a video where a man claimed that his Hodgkins Lymphoma had been eradicated by the Wellness Program that this chiropractor follows. I thought that was very unprofessional and ethically questionable. The first day I had to read a pamphlet and I skimmed through it. The receptionist was very insistent and told me that she would be asking me questions. The whole experiencing was a little disturbing.

I would not recommend Dr. Tanzar. He is a nice guy and his staff were very cordial, but my complaint is not related to them. Going against my gut instinct, I agreed to sign up for the 3 months of proposed treatment due to all the things that were going on with my back supposedly after the presentation he gave to potentially new patients. 3 months, 42 appointments and nearly $3,000 later, my follow up x-rays showed literally zero change. No degrees of change in upper or lower spine. His response: 3 more months of the exact same treatment. Not sure how this can be considered a scientific practice when the thought is "what we did failed to work, so lets keep doing it the exact same way and see what happens in3 months".

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

I will never have to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions.At other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, they did not want to answer them, but not here. I didn't have to wait very long after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Most importantly is that they put God first and that above all to me is the reason I am recommending them.
