Not at all. I had know idea if they thought I was making progress or not

This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have does not answer the questions I find the most important. My information has been "lost" each time I've come in for an appointment. They have children, who are clients, that are allowed to run freely through the facility. This makes for a very unprofessional atmosphere. No one on staff has yet to explain to me anything in detail. The last chair massage I received, the therapist and another therapist chatted the entire time about how they couldn't wait for it to be five o'clock. I feel processed, never cared about. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. My next visit is for the chiropractor to sell me on a membership package. I'm guessing he'll spend more time with me then. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure.

Not at all! I was in even more pain afterwards

Yes, it never fails. I'm put on hold forever when I call

Yes, but its hard to find

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
