I had gone to several chiropractors over the years including Palmer School of Chiropractic. Not one time did I honestly feel relief and noticeably better until I saw Dr. Shepherd. I winced into his office in pain. I walked out pain free. This has happened several times over the past 1 1/2 years since I began seeing him and Dr. Kautz. Highly recommend them! They listen to their patients, take time to get to know them. Understand the problems and help heal them.

I have been going to Dr. Ron for a long time. He listens to when I tell him what is wrong with me and does not treat me like I have no idea what hurts. I respect him and love his stories!

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

No. I didn't trust their motives.

Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed

Not really, I was hoping for someone with more experience

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I wasn't stiff at all after my appointment. They are always very careful, and make sure I'm always comfortable. I have been going to Dr. Ron for years he is one of the best.
