The phone rang a lot and it was really annoying

I was nervous that I was going to be numb or stiff after my adjustments, but I felt absolutely fantastic when I left. It's obvious that they are experts at what they do and I feel very safe under their care. She paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
