Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I didn't feel any numbness after my visit. They always take good care of me.
