.The staff was more than willing to take my insurance and co-pay without checking the benefits that the insurance would pay for. After three co-pays of $35 and 4 months of time the staff sent me a bill for an additional charge of $120 for services not covered. When I contacted them they refused to offer any financial relief even though they never bothered to check the benefit level up front nor did they advise me that the care being rendered would additional charges that I would incur. Be careful with using them without them first checking your benefit level.
They have lost me as a customer and I will not be recommending them to any of my family or friends.
