I have been to many chiropractors over the years, by far, Dr. Lou is the best. I currently live in Kalmazoo and I tried another Doctor I but went back to Riverfront for the friendly service, great massage therapists, and adjustments based on what I need, not just the assembly line generic adjustments that I've been given at other offices.

I was really glad that they customized their treatment to address my condition instead of just giving me general adjustments. Their treatment was much more effective that way. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. At a chiropractic clinic you expect them to have comfortable chairs in their waiting room, and I would grade these as average. They weren't uncomfortable but the weren't terrific either.

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
