Dr. Tom has been extremely helpful. My wife has scoliosis and my son plays violin (alot), both have had many aches and pains. But under Dr. Tom’s care, they both live life almost pain free.

"Doc" Lowry is a wizard. He fixed me on my very first visit. Now after one month of twice a week visits, I am pain free. I've been to a few chiropractors over the years, that seemed to know what they were talking about, but none of them ever explained to me exactly what they were doing and why like Doc did. I am now on a once a week adjustment schedule that he says will be once a month in a short time. The best part is you don't have to make an appointment! You just show up and he takes you in the order that you sign in. Flexable hours, very reasonable rates and the best person you would want working on you.

It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable.
