I have been going to Dr. Hitchcock for over nine years. I cannot say enough good things about Family Chiropractic of Athens. Most recently I lifted some materials and really hurt my back. My posture actually changed as my body leaned to the left to stop the piercing pain. I thought I actually had permanent damage to my back. However, after a careful review by Dr. Hitchcock and several visits/adjustments I was able to walk fairly normal. I still had the noticeable lean in my posture but I was feeling better. With two weeks he had my posture straight and the pain was gone completely. If you have back pain, or for that matter any body ache or tingly feeling that just isn't right. You owe it to yourself to go see Dr. Hitchcock. He is amazing.

Dr. Hitchcock has been a great help to me and my migraines. I love how knowledgeable he is about holistic medicine and he cares about quality of life. Lori is very friendly and easy to work with.

I woke up with back pain from sleeping in a bad position. After day 2, I was tired of being incapacitated, so I decided to try a Chiropractor. I have insurance for chiropractic care, so I figured that I would give it a try. This office confirmed my insurance coverage before they came up with a "treatment plan". Treatments would be required every other day for 8 weeks. For a sore back? Amazingly, I would be healed exactly when my insurance maximum was exhausted. On the positive side, this is a Family business, and is run in an extremely friendly manner.
