Carl was very pleasant to work with, very understanding and very caring. He never rushed me in an appointment, and he seemed very genuine in caring for me as a person not just an individual. I could call him in the afternoon with a back problem or neck issue and he would say "come on in Mike" and I always appreciated that, especially if I was feeling it before the weekend when offices are usually closed.
