No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Not at all, their cologne smelled great

Dr. Mauk was wonderful when I hurt my back. However, his billing employees are very rude and call you a liar. Had an issue with my bill and called in to get it straightened out. I explained what I had been told by the staff the day of my appointment and the first thing out of the employees mouth was, "That isn't what was said!" Wow! Thought the customer was always supposed to be right!?!

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
