Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I was nervous that I was going to be numb or stiff after my adjustments, but I felt absolutely fantastic when I left. It's obvious that they are experts at what they do and I feel very safe under their care.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They didn't exaggerate their abilities at all, which has been a problem at some of the other places I've visited. I got what was promised. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area.

Well parking was bad, the office is behind some other buildings, so it was not easy to get in, or to find. They could do better with street access, The office staff was very friendly. I have been to chiropractors before, and they always massage, stretch you, and put you on some kind of work out, with return visits. he came in, asked me what was wrong, had me move some, and pressed on my back very little, He told me I had very bad posture and bent over like a hunch back, and said I looked like that, and that’s why I had issues, because I stand wrong. And then had me stand against a wall and stretch. I am a big man, not a super chub, just not skinny. And he told me he didn’t want to work on me , because he would get hurt, or me. Basically, It made me feel his impression was i was to fat. He did about four paragraphs of short sketches’, and handed it to me, said to do this, see you later this week. I will not return.

I have been going to Voss Chiropractic for 14 years. Dr. Voss is very professional. He cares deeply about has patients and is very knowledgeable in his field. I have never left his office unsatisfied. I recommend Dr. Voss to everyone I know.
