Not only did they not provide me with pain relief, but I was actually in even more pain when I left than when I went in. I was told by Dr. Voss that he was an impatient man and I was not getting the results he wanted. He literally blew me off and said to come back in two weeks! Not to mention when I first went in he told me I had bad posture and told me how to sit. Took ex-rays and said this is a result of bad chiropractic. Huh? Hadn't been to one since 1996. Then asked me if I had ever known my left hip was way lower than my right. Gave me a shoe lift. Went to the next appointment and told me how well the shoe lift was working. I didn't even have it in my shoe. The billing department is very rude. Made an assumption right off the bat that "I was going to dispute this bill" when I actually just questioned it.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.
