Rockingham Chiropractic Center explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.

They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important.
