He is the best doctor I ever had to pleasure of working with. He really cared about the pain and frustration I was going through with no diagnosis with other doctors and hospitals not having a clue how to treat my pain except with pain medications. When Dr. Janes came into my life, he didn't have all the answers either but he worked with me trying several different treatments, tests and had me see different specialists to see if they could help him figured out what was causing my extreme pain. Finally we had a name for my pain condition, it is called Central Pain Syndrome, which explains why all the other treatments didn't work out for me. We are so happy to have this doctor in our life, always believing me and not making me feel bad as other doctors did.

I would recommend visiting Dr. Janes. He is caring, thorough, and sincerely believes in giving his patients the highest level of care possible. I had no trouble obtaining appointments, and only had a longer than normal wait once. That was due to an emergency with another patient, though, so it didn't bother me in the slightest. I was told as to why the delay and was then promptly offered a reschedule for later that day, or whenever I wanted. I give Dr. Janes FOUR stars only because no one is perfect.

Yes, I was freezing

Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary
Does this rehabilitation specialist always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
Is this rehabilitation specialist easy to reach in an emergency?
No. It took me several times to get through.
