They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional however the doctor didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. She whisked into the room. Barely glanced at me before announcing the plan for the standard retinol cream and antibiotics regime. She was rude and patronizing when I began to explain what had been done previously as if I were exaggerating and self diagnosing. My skin worsened on the prescribed regime.

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. All of my questions were answered fully during the appointment, which really put my mind at ease. It was extremely informative. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
