I was very disappointed that they weren't able to answer a single one of my questions. It really made me doubt that they knew what they were doing. I received aphone call from their office reminding me of an upcoming appointment, and asked a dumb question like "Who scheduled this appoinmtne?" Well, they couldnt answer it and I cancelled since I had no previous warning and had to schedule leave to go to the appointment. I informed the receptionist that I needed to know who scheduled this appointment, then they could call me back. I was promised a call back when they found out and that has been months ago, and L&I still has my claim opened when it should have been closed months ago.It should have been closed right after my last visit with Dr. Chamblin.
