Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Do not get botox from this doctor. He charged me twice as much as a doctor I go to in Bellevue but he promised the results would be better and he also said he would help with my anxiety by putting "extra" in my nose. I can still move my eyebrows up and down and frown and wrinkle my nose. I don't even think that he used real botox. Then after I had called to see if he could give me my money back he didn't even want to see the results. He called the day before my appointment to see what had happened to tell me that there was no way he could give me my money back. He was willing to put more "bogus" botox into my face. The same day my other girlfriends went into the office and they used a laser treatment on them. At least five of these girls received results that were worse after their treatment. Some have permanent scars on their face. Do not ever trust a doctor who asks "Would you like me to do this like I would do it to my wife?". Those are his exact words to me. I thought I was getting special treatment. After I had no results he refused to pay me my money back and said I was threatening the office by saying I would sue for my money. I do believe if you pay 900.00 for botox in the forehead you should get some kind of a result or your money back. His office is not professional at all.
