They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I am going to recommend them to everyone I know in need of an integrative doctor, they were just fabulous.

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.
