Was this provider argumentative or easily angered?
Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry
Does this provider promptly return your phone calls?
Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Their office equipment is in good shape - all very current and safe-looking. It put my mind at ease. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
