This dr cannot or will not prescribe pain meds. He is a pain dr? see santions, that explains it all. Waited 4 hours to be seen.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I had one appointment when I showed up 3 hours late but they still worked me in(it took awhile). However, I have been trying to contact them for another appointment for the last 2 weeks and can't get through. My pharmacist can't get a response for prescription renewal, either. Now what?
