Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. Their equipment was super advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed with how high-tech everything was. They really did an outstanding job making sure every single question I had was answered thoroughly and completely.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. The doctor is very quick to adjust medicine dosage but could do a better job explaining what his plan is and why he is taking a certain approach. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. We have been seeing this doctor for quite awhile. He has provided some help for my son's ADHD, but overall, I think we could do better. Doctor is a little too sure of himself.

Very poor front office staff. Doctor made a mistake with health insurance, admitted to the mistake then proceeded to charge me anyway. I would avoid this practice.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
