They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. It is great that there are still doctors out there that care about their patients. I may have went in for a breast reduction but if I ever need anything else, I will come back to him for sure!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The doctor was very sweet and he knew his stuff. I went in there scared about my neck, hip, tummy and thigh liposuction procedure but I came out breathing a sigh of relief. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.

I am not one who will go to doctors often but my breasts needed readjusting, actually they needed a firm reduction. You can say that I was blessed but Im going to say I was cursed. I am 5'5" with a 34 DD. My back hurt every single day from high school until I had the surgery. When I finally had enough (age 28), I called up Dr Bardakjian and he called me in for a consult. I needed help fast and I was skeptical at first. But I need some help so I went with it. He helped me more than I could ever imagine. His office was nice and he was knowledgeable in every aspect imaginable. There is no reason why a person should not go visit this guy if they are in need of plastic surgery.

They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. One thing that's been so annoying about Vatche Bardakjian, MD, is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment. The parking situation at their office was ridiculous. I ended up having to pay for parking because there were no spots available near the office.

I couldn't believe how critical they were of me during my appointment. They were extremely rude and insensitive. I was completely shocked at the amount of foul language they used. It was very inconsiderate and impolite. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me.
