This inept doctor screamed at me while shining a bright light in my eyes. Also, records of my examination contain many flaws as to what we discussed and of my answers to her questions.

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me

No, I had to leave I was so distressed

If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find a better practioner. When comparing her to others in her field, I would say she is not up to par. She thought my retinal problem was due to glaucoma and seemed to doubt it when I told her it was due to cancer of the eye. (sub retinal tumor.) She obviously did not read my case history beforehand. She explained nothing. I left feeling frustrated. I do not trust her medical expertise. I am a health professional well versed in the intricacies of my condition and expect my doctor to be knowledgeable.

I and my family have been long time patients of Dr. Carolyn Cruvant, and was very sorry to hear that she had ended her private practice. Due to my annual eye exam being due, and after I received notice that she had became affiliated with the Westfield Eye Center, I made contact and made an appointment to see her at that location. In general I was very disappointed with the (cattle call type)service provided by the Westfield Eye Center which included pressure to purchase services and items other than the exam, and also after refusing this, they also attempted to add unapproved Medicare charges for the glass prescription which I refused to pay resulting in their refusal to provide me with tthe prescription. This in no way should reflect upon Dr. Cruvant, who is an excellent opthamologist. In view of the above, I left the Westfield Eye Center, informing them that I would not be returning to their facility.

Yes. Everything was recently upgraded

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
Is this business handicap-accessible?
Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible
Was this provider argumentative or easily angered?
Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
