I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. The staff made it completely obvious that they didn't respect Richard Washinsky, MD. It made me uncomfortable and I wasn't sure if I wanted to return. I had quite a few questions, but they were able to answer almost none of them. I left without getting the information I needed.

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.

I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
