Their staff was not rude, but apparently only one staff member is permitted to make appointments, only voicemail available does not return calls on a timely basis. But that is the least of my concerns. The office on Encino is FILTHY, particularly the bathrooms. Worse yet, Dr. Palmer ordered an expensive nuclear stress test instead of the much less expensive and less invasive CT scan of the heart. She disclosed to me after the stress test that there was a 10-15% false positive rate, but recommended that an angioplasty with probable stents be performed immediately, if not sooner. Well, I guess mine fell into that category, because after seeking a 2nd opinion, CT scan was ordered, and the interventional cardiologist (with 2 other cardiologists who interpreted it), told me, "There is ABSOLUTELY nothing wrong with your heart."

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
