They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I was overjoyed to see that their office equipment was so advanced and up to date. It really put my mind at ease knowing that everything was up to safety standards. I was happy with the chairs they had in their waiting area. They were so comfortable that I didn't mind waiting.

Fantastic Doctor! He is a very calming person. Has performed surgery on both of my children and I trust him completely.

I spent a lot of time researching an ENT physician in the east valley. I was looking for a skilled Dr who was also efficient and treated me like a person not a dollar sign. Dr Bartell and his staff went over and above to provide this care for me. They were friendly and able to get me in to see him quickly. I waited only a few mintues in the waiting room prior to seeing the Dr. He spent a good deal of time with me, listening to my past medical issues and was able to come up with a game plan immediately. Thank you all for your excellent care!!

Our first experience with Dr. Bartell was good. Office staff wasn't the friendliest but fair enough. Dr. Bartell told us to call back if our son got another ear infection and he would want to see us the same day. When my son got his next ear infection we called in to make an appointment. The scheduler was incredibly rude. She said, "If you are late Dr. Bartell will leave. He will not wait to see you." I told her that with a same say appointment I needed time to get over there since the only appointment they had was in 30 minutes. I said I could be there in 35. Nonetheless, we weren't seen in the office for 2 days. We saw Dr. Bartell's associate Dr. Smith. Doesn't seem like the brightest doctor around. He was friendly but almost seemed slow. He said my son would need tubes and that the surgery scheduler would call me on Monday. I called on Monday afternoon after not hearing from them and left a message. I called back on Tuesday afternoon and left another message after still not hearing from them. Finally Wednesday midday I received a call from the surgery scheduler. She was very rude and as a first time mother I had some questions about the procedure. She was very impatient with my questions and frustrated that I didn't know all the answers. We continued to have a few more poor experiences with the office staff while trying to schedule my son's surgery.

To top it all off, after we opted to go to another doctor I called Dr. Bartell to let him know the reason we were leaving. I let him know that I would like to share some feedback from some of our encounters with his office staff. He didn't care to listen and brushed off the phone call in less than 1 minute. He did not let me voice any of my concerns with his office staff or tell him about the horrible experiences we had. He obviously does not care about his patients or improving his office. I told all of this to my pediatrician who referred me and she plans to remove him from her referral list. I would not refer even my worst enemy to Dr. Bartell's office. The entire office staff is rude and obviously Dr. Bartell is too arrogant to listen to feedback on how to better his office. DO NOT GO HERE! I grade them an F-.
