They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.

Had a great experience with Dr. Bartell. He was very good with our almost 2 -yr-old daughter who had to get ear tubes. Trust his judgement 100%. The surgery made a world of difference. She went from saying 2 words due to hearing difficulty to having a very extensive vocabulary.
