They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.

The Dr's office was okay. The staff is very nice but definitely behind on the times. I left several messages without a return call. Their hours are not regular. It also took SEVERAL visits to find the right combination of asthma meds, which of course meant a co-pay every single time.

Overall the experience was decent and the end result was good but I think it could have been done more efficiently.
