I only had half an appointment but I didn't see their credentials or diplomas anywhere. It seemed suspicious. They weren't friendly at all. They were extremely rude and impolite. Not only did they rush my appointment, they seemed annoyed that I was even there. They weren’t very eager to help me.

When comparing him to others in his field, I would say he is by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. The doctor screams at his staff and is very rude to the point of total discomfort. The doctor is very condescending and no absolutely no patience. After asking a few questions I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. I felt very rushed. He barely spent two minutes with me. He was extremely argumentative and became angry when I didn't have the information from another doctor. I was trying to explain my situation and he just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish, yelling just like he yelled at his staff. I will not return.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. When I got to the office all the 3 staff member's they have there were all gathered in the front taking about child support cases in their own life, custody and parental termination so much I even budded in there conversation. It was completely disgusting in the office. I wait 30mins before the doctor came in only to argue with me. He did not look at me, touch me nor exam me. It was a complete waste of time. Then the staff ask me if I have had labs done before and to just go where I go, not telling me there was a lab on the 1st floor I ended up going in circles on the freeway back to the same clinic. I would never reccommend this place to anyone.

First, he and his staff are exceedingly rude and unhelpful. Second, he fraudulently billed my insurers and failed to provide my medical records to my subsequent physician. When his office ignored my numerous inquiries, I filed a complaint with the Arizona Medical Board. After investigating my allegations and interviewing Dr. Dhillon, the board unanimously voted to issue Dr. Dhillon a Letter of Reprimand, concluding the following:

1. Dr. Dhillon's conduct constituted unprofessional conduct pursuant to Arizona law

2. Dr. Dhillon charged a fee for a service not rendered

3. Dr. Dhillon obtained a fee by fraud, deceit or misrepresentation

4. Dr. Dhillon failed to make my medical records available despite receiving proper authorization to do so

5. On at least 50 occasions Dr. Dhillon had billed brief 5-10 minutes rechecks as comprehensive physical exams

6. Dr. Dhillon has been placed on probation for one year, during which time he must take an approved course in proper billing and coding.

During his interview before the board, Dr. Dhillon repeatedly claimed his improper coding and overbilling were the result of his ignorance of the CPT coding system. This might be less laughable had the board not warned him about overbilling patients in 1995. Whether or not you believe his excuse, it's reasonable to conclude that he has made the same billing errors on the other patients he's treated over the years. I believe this physician is a scam artist who SHOULD BE AVOIDED LIKE THE PLAGUE!
