Too much of an "old school" doctor.

Have been a patient for several years. His office staff is the absolute worse! No idea what "customer service" is and seem pretty uninterested in the patients. Pretty annoying that after all the years I have been going to Dr. Bezzant, and going at least every six months, they are yet to call me by my name. No personal interaction whatsoever. It sure doesn't make you feel like they care!
