I have gone to Dr. Bezzant since I was a teenager and he treated me for acne. He removed a mole on my face 3 years ago. The in clinic surgery was so sucessful that no one could ever tell I had a mole there. He is difficult to get in to...but if you are lucky enough - he does a fantastic job.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

Dr Bezzant seems very thorough, competent and current. He took pictures of my condition to show to his students, so I assume he teaches at the university? He was very willing to answer all of my questions, and I didn't feel rushed at all. The quality of his diagnosis and treatment was excellent.
His office location is kind of a hole-in-the-wall, and it wasn't easy for me to tell that it was even occupied. The office staff was not very professional or customer-oriented. I arrived on-time and waited over an hour to see the doctor, and they didn't give any updates or even an indication that appointments were running late. I probably would have rescheduled and returned to work if I had known it was going to take so long.
