Barbara Morgan is *the worst* doctor i've *ever* been to. She was appallingly bad. I don't mean to name-call, but she's a real whack job. Moscow deserves leaps and bounds and light years better. PEOPLE BE WARNED!!! I couldn't be more emphatic. Dr. Morgan is dangerous, I wouldn't trust her to do a neurological consult on a head of broccoli. She has some bizarre, pathological M.Diety complex. I don't know if she's a power monger, or what her problem is, but she is ruthless and heartless and unfit to practice medicine. I'm totally traumatized from my experience as her patient. Go to Lewiston, go to Spokane DO NOT TRUST YOUR LOVED ONES WITH THIS WOMAN!

I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
