First and foremost the front desk receptionist is extremely rude. I have never called and not had her make it more clear she would rather be doing anything else besides answering the phone. 2md, when I had an issue with them billing incorrectly in 2014 and I called to ask them to fix it, they said I needed to call the insurance and resolve it because it "was my problem" even though it was due to their error! Lastly, when my daughter was admitted to St Lukes in April for breathing problems, we were greeted by Dr on call in full surgical gown, mask, gloves, etc. After barely looking at my daughter, we asked him what he thought was wrong with her, he responds "SHE IS ASTHMATIC" and told us she would have severe breathing issues for the rest of her life, severely altering her life from there on out. He spoke to us in a tone like we were stupid for even asking what was wrong with her. My daughter prior has NEVER had ANY issues with asthma before in her life. When her regular pediatrician came to see her, he told us we didn't have enough symptoms and signs to diagnose my daughter with ANY asthma issues, and that the other Dr quite frankly jumped the gun. The staff and Dr are completely unprofessional and I will never proactively use their services ever again.

Dr. Has been our pediatrician for almost 20 years. He's now our grand daughters doctor. He remind me of Mr. Rodgers.

Definitely! They were some of the most child-friendly examining rooms I've ever seen

Absolutely! Every parent in my community thinks very highly of them

Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away
Was this pediatrician able to answer all your questions about immunizations?
All of them! They also gave me more information that I wasn't aware of

Dr. is practical and real. He knows my child well and does what is best for her. I am an older parent of an only child and to make matters worse I am a complete helicopter mom. Dr. ALWAYS takes time to make sure that I KNOW exactly what is going on with my child and what the treatment options are. The best thing is, Dr. is able to look me in the eye and be completely honest with me. Yes, the office staff is dry, but they are kind. In addition, the office does not over book Dr. and I can always get a same day appointment for a serious event.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
