Dr. Hayse's office is busy and it looks a bit run down.

He is a fine doctor, he's affordable, and he's very popular with those who know what to expect - sometimes very long waits and the old cramped office.

I've walked in without an appointment, or previous visit, and was told I could wait around and he would make time to see me. It felt like an Emergency Care Clinic but without the high costs and quicker service.

A nicer office would mean higher overhead costs and higher prices. The quality of care would be the same - was great for me.

The doctor could rush patients in and out of the office like a treadmill and speed things along. He'll took the time to address my needs without rushing me out the door and inquired about any other issues I might want to address while we were together.

I have found that the quality of the office and the quickness of the service have little to do with the quality of the care in Jackson Hole.

Office was filthy. Not just dirty or a little old and run down, but filthy. I should have turned around immediately but I tried to give it the befit of the doubt and not judge a book by its cover. Oh how I tried!
Appointment was at 9am and was still waiting at 9:30. I was the only person there and they opened at 9. I asked the receptionist what I was waiting for. She said in a very condescending tone of voice, "The doctor."
I said, "He's not here?"
She said, "No." as if I should have known that the doctor wouldn't be there.
I sat back down and at 9:45 the doctor finally arrived through the back door. I got ready for my name to be called. Heard the doctor coughing. He opened a can of something. Still waiting… At 10am I got up and left. I have never ever had such a horrible experience at a doctor's office. I'm glad I left though as I was becoming worried about having blood drawn at such a filthy place filled with incompetent people! I would have rated it 0 stars if I could.

The doctor was very friendly, and made me feel welcome. I really appreciated their outgoing attitude. However the wait is unbearable. I've already been here for 50 minutes and still have 2 more people ahead of me. My appointment was at 3 and its 348 and I'm still not close to being seen. Last time I ever come here. I would rather pay double for my time then sit in a office on a 90 degree day with no ac. Fun
