The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They gave me a cost estimate for my procedure right away, and it was extremely accurate. I didn't end up paying a cent more than they said I would. I really appreciated that they didn't pressure me to schedule my surgery right away, or on a specific day. I was able to schedule it on the day I wanted to, and had plenty of time to think it over.
