I put my faith in this man"s practice. His receptionist said he no longer took comp cases. The next doctor told me I wasn"t a drug seeker I needed surgery. the next Dr. took the medicines away and diagnosed MRSA. The next Dr. couldn't prescribe because I was proably a seeker. the next Dr. told me I was smart enough to fake it and wrote I was a Hexachondriac . The next Dr. wondered what was going on with all of this going nowhere activity, took a look at the MRI and referred me to surgeon. thank God I did not have MRSA. Dr. Burnside was telling everyone I had faked him out. lying to procure his medicines, get high and make big money in the wall Mart parking lot. and it can not be simply because he was arrested for it. No PHD would put their problems on their patients back without informing the patient. thank God their are real Drs. to see. this man is not one of them. why do these Drs. not take me into the court room, according to them I really fooled them, I will be the little criminal they need so badly.they can point their fingers at me in public. If you see this man Burnside, you are walking into his nightmare, his diagnostic acumen, his character analysis. His fears unfounded or not, he can drop you into the pits of hell. He is a lousy man, a coward beyond compare, misrepresenting himself as to be in the service of healing. Drive by find another Dr. find one who has not been arrested so he wont be consumed by the fear of his practice. find a human with some empathy. I HAVE NEVER BEEN A LYING FAKING DRUG SEEKER. This monster should have treated my body. He is truly dangerous. find a Dr. who can look at pictures, sound simply. do not be as surprised as i was. what a horrible human this man truly is.

miss diagnosed my injury. told his colleagues i was faking. most likely because he was arrested. created a bias for my medical care, i thought i was talking to idiots, but they thought i was lying, so i could get drugs, get high and sell for big money in the wall mart parking lot, because that is what he told them. the man is a monster, no morals, no code of ethics, after three fusions my agony has passed. this man and his minions are not practitioners of medicine, but torturing scum. he should have informed me the way he informed others, just in case he was wrong, which he was.

This man is a frightened suspicious little monster, with little applicable science to his practice. his favorite recording artist is Hanky Jr. if you see this man go in singing the Monday night football song and he may make an honest evaluation of your physical condition, in my case he said i had lumbago, and only wanted medicine to get high and sell for big money in the wall mart parking lot, three fusions, 11 pieces of titanium later, the monster must be torturing someone else now. you have to tell him you like Hanky to get him to practice up to the standards of any other physician, if you can not remember the song, see another Doc. the last thing you should tell burnside is that you think hank jr. is suffering a permanent identity crisis, because this Doc. will get his revenge, and this is the level he practices medicine at.

Diagnosed me with Lumbago, told his colleagues Drs. Loftis, Lykee and georgieBettacotta, i was faking so i could get high and sell the pills for big money in the wall mart parking lot. which is just stupid and never happened but he does not need evidence. he should have informed me so i would be aware of the obstacles he placed in front of my medical care. three fusions, two plates later, i became aware of what he did to me. he is a little monster whose medical practice has been compromised by his arrest for lachivious distribution of narcotics.
