I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves.
