Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

Yes; the equipment is very advanced!
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
