Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They sold glasses at their practice, but their selection was just terrible. There was nothing there that I liked. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I love Dr Knapp, he has been treating my son, husband and self for years. He diagnosed a particular visual defect in my son and got us to the right specialist for correction. I would recommend his office highly to ANY one. His staff is always extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He uses great high tech computer imagining of the eye and always gives you a print out of what your particular issues are and what you as a patient can do to keep healthy eyes. KP
