my experience was different. they actually had a person Melissa call me for $5 and try to threaten me. i had an appointment scheduled for that following monday and had always paid my complete bill every time i was seen. and she was just straight out rude. then when i called the manager to let her know how i was treated and ignored when i tried to explain i was at work and would call back when i got off (before they closed) she kept cutting me off and got louder and louder. super unprofessional and i am changing MD since the manager said she gave her permission to call their patients and have that unprofessionalism and demand that you pay her right then instead of waiting at least until i got off work if waiting the weekend wasnt acceptable enough. might i also add that i went in every 3-4 months so this bill was not just being put off by me that i wasnt going to pay it. i hadnt even received one yet, but never had i gone to this office and NOT paid everythig they asked for which was always over $100 each visit due to my ded and to be treated like by the "collections cover Melissa and the PM" that was just beyond acceptable. their bill is paid and i will not be going back there
