I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I got an appointment quickly. I've never have to wait. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

Never, they are very reliable.

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Yes everything was neat and sterile

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
