I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

Dr. Moayad is the finest Lyme Literate Neurologist in the state of Texas. He asks questions. He listens. He speaks. He informs. He does not have time for 'BS'. He looks you in the eye. He runs extensive testing to get to the bottom of all issues. He never runs tests that are unnecessary. His methodology transcends Eastern and Western medicine. He is a man of character and humor. I respect him. He has saved countless people from unknown uncertainty.
If all physicians practiced in his footsteps, the world would be a better place. I mean it! His staff is as courteous and knowledgeable as he is. They should all be held accountable as saints of the earth. I dare that no one ever speak ill of Dr. Moayad or his staff. Period.

They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. He spends a LOT of his personal time attending seminars and researching the best treatments for his patients. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They were late a few times to my appointments because he does spend as much time with any patient as they need. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. He has literally saved my life more than once.

Dr. Moayad really is an "Angel Doctor". Out of countless medical professionals I have seen I didn't find a single truly compassionate doctor until I found Dr. Moayad.
His bedside manner is superb, my husband loves that he will actually carry on an intelligent conversation and enjoys his witty humor, I love that he explains things to me in terms I can understand, takes time instead of rushing me in and out, and understands my suffering.
We have never felt so comfortable with a doctor as we do with Dr. Moayad, and I have never received such a high quality of care.
Finally... a REAL doctor. You don't find many these days who earn that title.
