They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Dr. Worrell gives you a lot of information, so it can be confusing. Their staff is very professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They make insurance, referrrals, and prescriptions very easy to deal with. The office is very easy to locate and has great hours -- they even accept walk-ins because they are a clinic too. You might not get to see Dr Worrell personally but if you're sick, you'll get to see someone who can help you. Dr. Worrell takes the time each individual needs for a visit. He runs LOTS of tests and is capable of doing many tests on site at his clinic. If there was a complaint, is that he sees so many people that I'm not sure even after going to him for 12 years that he really "KNOWS" me and my medical conditions. He takes copious notes though and bluffs pretty well :)

Yes

Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
