They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. I have been to this office at least 4 times in the last year with my granddaughter and have yet to see the actual physician. While I don't feel the nursing assistants were incompetenet, I also don't feel I can get good family care if I never see the same person twice.

This guy is not a class act at all. He does not listen. He formulates his answers / opinions of what you have in the first minute. He is loud and brash and one he thinks something he does not change his mind. He is rude and will argue with you. The place did not smell very good either.

I found Dr. Coder to be rude and unwilling to provide the proper information to me. At one point when I was asking questions relating to the treatment and results he said, "oh, so you want to be a doctor?"
He also treated my back problems (everyday struggle) to be of little concern - as if I had a hangnail or something.
Billing was incorrect and rectifying it has been a nightmare.
1st appointment was relatively on time as I waited only 10 minutes or so past the scheduled time. 2nd and 3rd visits ran about 45 minutes past my appointed time.
3rd visit proved to be the last..... too many options out there to deal with this kind of stuff.
