They have fairly good customer service here, depends on the person. I will definitely recommend Dr. Vaclaw to people I know. He is thorough and understanding. I could tell he really cares about everyone who visits him. There is usually a very short wait to see him.

Yes, I always enjoy my appointments

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
