No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

My 3 kids have been patients of Dr. Matthews for years, and when we first started his staff was great, nice, helpfull and I absolutely loved Dr. Matthews. I even moved to another city, and still take my children to Dr. Matthews because I trust him with my children and he is an excellent Dr. It took a couple of years, but finally got my child on the perfect combo of meds to control her asthma. But for the first time I am disgusted with Dr. Matthews office staff and nurses. I have never been treated rudley until recently. And for the first time in all these years, I was unable to get my kids into see Dr. Matthews, because the office staff thought that my child didn't need to see him. I am the mother and knows my children and Dr. Matthews has never denied my kids, and he only see's them when they are sick or asthma related. I had to take my children to Urgent care, turns out they all 3 had bronchitis, ear infections and sinusitis. Because of his office staff and nurses, I am contiplating moving my children to another doctor regardless of my likeness for Dr. Matthews, because his office staff his rude, nasty and hatefull to his patients parents, don't full fill there job duties and then get hatefull, deny the Dr seeing the child because they don't deem it necessary. Really disappointed and hope Dr Matthews see's this post

The Doctor's nurse was extremely rude! The answering service always says "the office is currently closed" or "the office is closed for lunch from 12 to 2". It takes numerous calls just to get through to someone. Dr. Matthews is great, but not worth it to have to deal with the office procedure and treatment by the nurse.

Never, they are very reliable.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Yes, they were over an hour late for my appointment

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible
