Disappointing. He was friendly enough, doesn't rush the appt, good bedside manner, listens attentively. Also aloof, unempathetic, not too thorough, and I felt my concerns were dismissed as he had no interest in delving further into what I'm experiencing. Didnt go much into details/explanations; I typically received one-word "yes/no" answers to Qs.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel good. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
