Their staff is very friendly and professional. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. They have fully qualified staff members and provide great support.

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.

Dr. Barber made sure that his qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait much longer at other places. I was so impressed with how great Dr. Barber was at answering each and every question I had in-depth. He was very patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. The staff always makes an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I also had the same problem with calling to make an appointment and I had not seen Dr. Barber in awhile and had to sign up as a new patient again. Makes me wonder about my records of past history. I now bring my teenage son there and Dr. Barber is his primary doctor.

I found it interesting and a bit disturbing that because I haven't been sick since 2007, I am considered a new patient and am only being given a new patient appointment, which is 3 days away. I am having trouble breathing and have soreness in my back and ribs. I was also told that if it got worse before Thursday, go to an emergency room. I've been a patient of Dr. Barber for many years and was quite taken back by what just happened. I would think that not being sick for 4 years is a good thing. I wonder if he is aware of this practice.
